Eleanor boasts an impressive annual melting capacity of 27,000 metric tons and an extrusion capacity of 18,000 metric tons, ensuring we meet large-scale production demands effortlessly.
Operating under one roof, our facility is equipped with two advanced hydraulic extrusion presses, that are powered by microprocessor-based technology and programmable logic control (PLC) systems, offering precision and efficiency at every step.

Integrated Facilities for End-to-End Solutions
Our infrastructure includes a fully integrated plant equipped with:
- Three hydraulic extrusion presses one with a capacity of 2750MT & two with a capacity of 1000 MT each, ensuring top-quality extrusion processes.
- Advanced billet casting facilities supported by an in-house foundry furnace for seamless production.
- Microprocessor-controlled systems and automated handling equipment for consistent product quality and smooth workflow.
