How It Works
What is Aluminium Extrusion?
Aluminium extrusion is a widely used manufacturing process that shapes aluminium alloy material by forcing it through a die with a specific cross-sectional profile.
This method allows for the creation of complex shapes with high precision and durability, making it a preferred technique in various industries, including construction, automotive, and aerospace.

Our Process of Aluminium Extrusion
The aluminium extrusion process begins by heating aluminium alloy billets to a malleable state. Once heated, the material is placed into a machine called an extrusion press. In this press, a powerful ram pushes the aluminium alloy through the die, which determines the final shape of the material.
The die has a particular cross-sectional profile, and the aluminium emerges from the die in that shape. After the aluminium is extruded through the die opening, it is pulled along a runout table to cool and harden.
The extruded aluminium is then cut into the desired lengths based on the specifications for its intended application. This process is highly efficient, offering consistent results for both small and large-scale production runs.

Key Factors Influencing Aluminium Extrusion
Extrusion is a sophisticated manufacturing technique that relies on the interplay of various parameters, which must be carefully adjusted throughout the process.
These parameters, often referred to as TST parameters, encompass temperature, speed, and time.
Essentially, it is crucial to monitor several factors before, during, and after the extrusion process to ensure optimal results.
Factors Affecting Extrusion
